Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Paperbird handles some of the most personal information there is. This policy explains — plainly — what we store and what we never do with it.

What we store

Your drafts and finished documents are stored on your device. If you sign in, they are also synced to your private account so you can access them on other devices — encrypted in transit and at rest, and never read by anyone at Paperbird. If you use the app as a guest, nothing leaves your device.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your document contents for advertising or to train AI models. Documents are generated on your device from built-in templates.

Account information

If you create an account we store the identifier you signed up with (email address, phone number, or the ID provided by Apple/Google) to authenticate you. That’s it.

Your choices

You can clear all local data from Settings at any time. If you created an account, you can delete it — along with your synced documents — directly from Settings → Delete Account. No email or waiting required.

Children

Paperbird is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
